ChatShorts.tcl not crashing on TCL 8.5

Bug Description
While wading through the sources on some other stuff, I stumbled across the ChatShorts.tcl file.
There the namespace and init method are immediately ended by a return. Later there it is mentioned that sth. crashes there on someones Mac with TCL 8.4. As Coccinella now requires TCL 8.5 anyways I thought on enabling those functions and tried those /clean and /retain on a chat with another user, and it worked well
Tried with Coccinella from SVN on Windows XP and OpenBSD 4.5
appended patch enables those commands again.
