Save file dialog gives an error when asked to overwrite a file

Bug Description
When you receive a file and are asked to save it, if you double click an existent file, it fails while triying to display the overwrite warning dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
Send you a file from another client
In coccinella, accept the file, go to some folder and doubleclick on an existent file.
It happens on 0.96.10 and in svn
