Moods dropdown list not fully visible

Bug Description
On Linux, if the dropdown menu of moods can't be displayed fully on screen there is no way to scroll it to see all of the entries.
In my specific case, there are about 20 items under the bottom of my screen which only can be accessed by keyboard, without seeing them.
