i18n issue in window title and dialog title of register dialog

Bug Description
The dialog to register to transports has a major localization issue: the location of the chat system string can't be changed.
For example in the Dutch translation tou have this:
"Registreren MSN" (Register MSN)
This is bad Dutch, and should be:
"MSN registreren"
Solution: use a variable in the string so that translators can move the string:
"Register %s" (English)-->"%s registreren" (Dutch)
