Update Crystal roster iconsets

Bug Description
The current iconsets distributed with Coccinella lack several new and updated icons. For example, several AIM icons are missing and there are no Crystal icons for Gadu-Gadu. Please update this, it's easy to fix. Icons can be found here: http://
PS1: sometimes you have the icons encoded in the icondef.xml file instead of having separate image files. Can you switch to separate image files everywhere? This is easier for themes and it will be more consistent. Also, can you put "action-" at the beginning of the image file names? This will increase compatibility with the icon naming spec I believe.
PS2: I'm busy with an updated Oxygen icon theme ;-)
