Mac OS X: Ctrl+left/right should be Cmd+left/right

Bug Description

On Mac OS X, Cmd+left/right should be similar to HOME/END on Linux and Windows. Currently this is Ctrl+left/right which is wrong.

I need to know which widget. Is it TreeCtrl.

All text fields. E.g. the subject field in the chat dialog or the text input field in the message dialog etc.

I think I added this one to the Tk SF tracker since it is a core issue.
