File transfer error using latinoamerican characters (accented words)

Hi Mat, in new coccinella version (0.96.6) transfers works between Pandion and coccinella in both ways, but i found something that i dind´t see before, i have problems when i try to send a file with a latinamerican character name, the problem is present when i send this file from Coccinella to Pandion not in the other way. The file has a Accented words like: á,é,í. As you see my native language is Spanish...

Could be related to switch to Tcl/Tk 8.5

It is likely the uri encoding/decoding that isn't working as expected.

I don´t think so i have the same file transfer problem (related to latinamercain words) with coccinella 0.96.4.1.

Moreover last coccinella built has less errors using file transfer (Mat have made some fixes), even with Pandion users and drag & and drop functionality. And it looks a lot better now. I think this change was for coccinella good. :).

It was Sanders decision to make 0.96.6 kind of full release without issue
any warnings at the download page of how little tested this release
with 8.5is. Me wanted to chicken out here...

Is this bug fixed in 0.96.8?

Don't remember :-( Think not. I think I remember that Pandion had some encoding issues also.
Keep it open.
