8.5: crash when scrolling in roster

I can't reproduce this bug. When scrolling in the roster, Coccinella crashed and I got this output on the console:

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Wish Shell.app or whatever the app you
ran was named.
This is essentially gdb bt on the core dump. Very helpful.

ok, but I can't reproduce the bug, so that's not useful now.

You can clean up any Wish*.app in there so it will be easier to find
next time. All new crashes will be appended to any already existing
log file, so having none there makes it easier to read.

getting crashes here also, but im on windows...
not *exactly* reproducable but getting that every time i do lots of stuff in the roster (like opening / closing contact groups)

Looking into the sources, tkTreeDisplay.c, it is a deliberate 'panic' call
that initiates this crash. Moved to

I only get this if I scroll in the roster (When a scrollbar is showing..) if the window is longer than the Roster List you will not get this error...
