Bug Description
When using stream compression non 7 bit ASCII characters seems to be handled incorrectly. When receiving them they are just not the right ones, and when trying to send them they either end up crumbled, or the server recognizes them as non-characters and closes our stream. If testing the zlib compression code alone it always produces correct results, even of compressing on one architecture (PPC, Big Endian), and decompressing on another (x86, Small Endian).
