background image: SVG support and scaling

SVG should be supported for the background images. When the user selects an SVG image, Coccinella should allow to scales this image.

SVG images are a bit far away right now. A complete SVG renderer is a HUGE task. I'd like to start with a simple one for the canvas graphics first.

Maybe you can use some other tool for this? Under KDE you have this command:

$ ksvgtopng
Usage : ksvgtopng width height svgfilename outputfilename
Please use full path name for svgfilename

Or a library of course.
