Bug Description
A RMB click on a roster group should show an additional entry called "Remove Group".
This option will open an Remove/Cancel dialog with 2 radio box choices in it:
x Keep contacts (balloonhelp: Only the group will be removed, the contacts in this group will stay in your list)
o Also remove contacts (balloonhelp: Both group and contacts will be removed, the contacts in this group will be removed from your list)
Eventually, also a warning can be added when the second option is selected.
