NAT/firewall and whiteboard file transfers

Bug Description

Whiteboard file transfers are currently not NAT/firewall friendly. Probably this needs to wait until the updated whiteboard protocol got there (task of the XSF) and until this protocol is being implemented in Coccinnella.

Now implemented while running in "SVG mode": http://coccinella.im/node/103
The current whiteboard protocol is marked EOL so no fix for that.

This code has now been rewritten to use the 'sipub' protocol instead, http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0137.html.
