Bug Description
The only interface part that misses the tabbed interface feature, is the whiteboard

There are some template code for this that just builds the tabs.
Test using
::WB::NewCanvasPage .wb1 xxx
etc. from the console for a whiteboard toplevel .wb1 and then repeat with new names.
Nothing else works in the tabbed interface so don't report these as bugs.
