Bug Description
When starting Coccinella on machine with no printer installed, Windows open
dialog box with text like "No printer installed. Install one?".
This is annoying a bit. Coccinella should not initialize printer if no
printer installed, or (may be better) delay any printer initializing at all
until user press 'Print' button.
As for me, I'm not going to use Coccinella for printing at all, so I'd
prefer not spending any time (though half a second) to printing systme
inititation at Coccinella start.

Yes I know. It is actually not me that asks that silly question. It is www.schwartzcom puter.com/ tcl-tk/ tcl-tk. html that puts up this tclbitprint. sourceforge. net/tkpath/ gdiplus/ index.html)

question. Not sure what to do about it. A better solution is to switch to
my tclbitprint.sf.net package and add Windows support, and an even better
way is to write a new canvas widget based on my tkpath package

Printing is messy since it is so platform dependent. (Postscript?)
