Bug Description
If the Logs widget is hidden, it gets shown back when switching tab.
The code involved seems to be:

The same thing happens for all toobars and windows, but it's especially important for the Logs window, which uses up vertical space.

A way to solve this problem is to call show only when the user compile/run a program.
