Trace can't follow .bat files

Bug Description
I tried to run Trace on the bootstrap.bat file for the boost c++ library. When I do that I get an exception saying "Invalid DOS Header." As I assumed, and Rafael confirmed, Trace can't follow .bat files. This might be something to address in the future.
