Bug Description
Saw the count, went to my inbox, read and deleted all the new messages, logged out. Notified a while later of two e-mails I haven't read, and then the e-mails I read and deleted earlier.
I can't say whether the notifications are repeated or merely delayed, as they aren't reflected in the e-mail count given by the panel application.
Ubuntu Natty with gnome 2. Check interval is 5 minutes.
