Reorganize files in project

(This is not really a bug, strictly speaking, more of a cleanup. Low priority.)

Some files that are placed in the project repository root currently may better be placed in a subdirectory, or do not need to be kept in version control. This could help ensure ease of maintenance in future.

Suggested changes:

- Main.qml -> components/ Main.qml
- Download.qml -> components/Download.qml
- api.js -> components/api.js
- database.js -> components/database.js
- Adapt reference to Main.qml in apu.desktop:
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~johangm90/cloudmusic/trunk/view/head:/apu.desktop
- Add to .excludes:
  *.qmlproject.user*

Suggested deletions:

- apu.qmlproject.user
- apu.qmlproject.user.3.2-pre1
