dashboard contains non-free blobs

CloudKitty-dashboard contains blobs which are considered non-free on all distros:

cloudkittydashboard/static/cloudkitty/js/rickshaw.min.js
cloudkittydashboard/static/cloudkitty/js/d3pie.min.js
cloudkittydashboard/static/cloudkitty/js/d3.min.js

Even worse: there's absolutely no way to tell from where d3pie.min.js is coming from. There's no version for that file, so we can't replace it by the non-minified version from upstream.

Please remove all of the above minified files, and replace them by non-minified files. If you wish, you can use a compressor like yui-compressor at build time.

Also, you must use the facility which Horizon uses: XStatic packages. There's already some XStatic packages for Rickshaw and D3 that Horizon uses, and which are packaged for example in Debian.

Please act on this, and if possible, backport the fixes on the Queens release, as this is preventing the package to be uploaded in Debian (and therefore in Ubuntu).
