Error during network setup

During the configuration of network it give an error and the bond is not configure and no IP either. If I dont do anything and reboot, the configuration does work and the bond and IP is configured

Cloudbase-Init version: 0.9.12.dev52 with configdrive metadata

Windows Server 2012 R2

Hello,

The cloudbase-init bond creation uses netlbfo and even if you run a New-Netlbfoteam from powershell you will get the same results.

From my experience, I have noticed on some baremetal machines with Windows that bonds can be created only after a second reboot (I do not know why). I am working now to add more retries to the bond creation and management https://review.opendev.org/#/c/679279/

Can you take a look at the above patch and if it s possible to try it in your env to see if it solves the issue, that would be great.

The cloudbase-init beta installer has now the fix, you can try directly with it.

Sorry for the late response Adrian. I did get the 0.9.12.dev102 and still got the same problem.
