Bug Description

Hello!

The latest official release seems to be 0.27 of 2013-03-27.

Looking at https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~cloud-utils-dev/cloud-utils/trunk/view/head:/debian/changelog I see a pile of unreleased changes. As a result, Ubuntu is shipping 0.27-0ubuntu16 for Willy with a 107 kB sync-to-trunk.patch. Does it have to be like that?

What are your plans on future releases?
