Bug Description

Various cloud-images.ubuntu.com pages have some mixed content warnings from a style sheet.

It appears to be on pages that list AMI images.

Ex:

https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/saucy/current/

https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/trusty/20140512/

https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/trusty/current/

https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/utopic/current/

[blocked] The page at 'https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/trusty/current/' was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from 'http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/include/style.css': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.
