Cloud-init release 20.2 is now available

The 20.2 release:
 * spanned about 9 weeks
 * had 20 contributors from 20 domains
 * fixed 14 Launchpad issues

Highlights:
   New cloud platforms: SAP Converged Cloud
   New distributions: OpenBSD and NetBSD
   Ubuntu Focal prioritize netplan over /etc/network/interfaces if both
      exist
   Add Support for NFS/EFS mounts
   Ec2: Render full networking configuration on all attached NICs
   Add support for apt mirrors for hyphenated cloud regions
   Expose cloud-init 'merged_cfg' and 'sys_info keys' for use in
      #cloud-config templates and `cloud-init query`
