identify datasource OpenStack - Cloud-init shows warning on Openstack

Ubuntu Xenial shows the following information after logging in. The Image is started on Openstack Mitaka included with Ubuntu Xenial using the LXD hypervisor:

It's an LXD Container, hence dmidecode gives me the following:

root@test123:~# dmidecode | grep -A 10 "System Information"
/sys/firmware/dmi/tables/smbios_entry_point: Permission denied
/dev/mem: No such file or directory

The physical machine OS/Openstack Version is Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS with the included Mitaka release, updated to the latest version.

Christoph, Based on your reply, my problem is not the same as yours. Therefore let's strike my comments from the above and leave this for someone else to figure out.
