GCE cloud-init warning after update and restart

Received this message upon login after reboot, the warning specifically asks I submit a bug report here.

As requested in the warning, our cloud provider is Google Cloud Compute

    Disable the warnings above by:
      touch /home/ubuntu/.cloud-warnings.skip
    or
      touch /var/lib/cloud/instance/warnings/.skip
