creation of hostname based on IP is broken

Bug #1050962 reported by Andy Grimm

Bug Description

When the logic to determine whether local-hostname is an IPv4 address was moved, it introduced a bug. Now DataSource.get_hostname returns "i" instead of "ip-xx-xx-xx-xx". this is due to:

toks = "ip-%s" % lhost.replace(".","-")

which should be

toks = [ "ip-%s" % lhost.replace(".","-") ]
