Bug Description
This is a feature request to create EKS-ready Ubuntu Pro AMIs just like we already have Ubuntu on EKS images[1].
Today it's easy to create an Ubuntu cluster in EKS with eksctl[2]:
eksctl create cluster --node-ami-family Ubuntu1804 --node-ami auto --version 1.15
Once the images would be created, we could add a new node-ami-family UbuntuPro1804 to eksctl to let users create Ubuntu Pro EKS clusters easily.
