Bug Description
Running `sudo timedatectl set-timezone “America/New_York”` yields:
`Failed to set time zone: Access denied`
I have to manually link `/etc/localtime` to `/usr/share/
However, when Unity is installed through the ubuntu-desktop package, Unit refuses to display the local timezone as displayed in timedatectl.
I tried setting the timezone manually in the System Settings, however, none of those changes affect what unity displays.
