ubuntu 16.04: Hash Sum mismatch error during apt-get update

I am using ubuntu 16.04 as a docker.
I have been using ubuntu 16.04 well over the last few months.

However, apt-get update fails a few days ago (probably from November 1).
`Hash Sum mismatch` error occurs.

The ubuntu package has been uploaded on November 5th.
Of course, sha256sum has also been updated.
Now apt-get update will work normally.
