No root fs tar for bionic cloud image

Bug Description

The current cloud-image for Ubuntu bionic at:
https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/bionic/current/

does not have the
server-cloudimg-ppc64el-root.tar.gz
server-cloudimg-ppc64el-root.tar.xz

for ppc64el and other architectures. These are missing for the cloud image. By when will they be available for bionic or have they been replaced/removed?

The current builds for xenial at:
https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/xenial/current/

Has the following:
xenial-server-cloudimg-ppc64el-root.tar.gz
xenial-server-cloudimg-ppc64el-root.tar.xz
