If i go to the url in a browser then i get this;
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /zesty/current/zesty-server-cloudimg-amd64-vagrant.box on this server.

Thanks for the bug report. It looks like this was an ephemeral issue; can you confirm that it is now accessible again? (If it _isn't_, feel free to move this back to New).
