Bug Description

I'm trying to boot up https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/yakkety/current/yakkety-server-cloudimg-amd64.vhd.zip on hyper-v with 256MB and its failing - this report isn't about the failure per se, but rather than the download page doesn't document nor link to documentation, about the minimum requirements for each image.
