Show application in Ubuntu 20.04 does nothing

Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
GNOME 3.36.8 Wayland
The first time after system was loaded from poweroff, the application starter in the lower corner (an icon consisting of 9 points) does not working a couple of minutes. All this time I clicking on it, but the icon just highlights, and the application starter with the search console does not appear.
I made first click about at 2023-07-27 20:56, and application menu appeared at 2023-07-27 20:58 (see log bellow)
Steps to reproduce
* To have enabled the Clipboard Indicator (Clipboard Manager extension by Gnome-Shell), Desktop Icons, Ubuntu AppIndicators and Ubuntu Dock extensions
* Restart PC
* Click on Show Application button
What happened
Application overlay does not open when clicking application starter
What did you expect to happen
Overlay where I can start a new application opens
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.

P.S. These is main step also needed to reproduce:
this behavior is occurs when there is no drivers installed for dedicated graphic card. I have a Nvidia GP107M [GeForce GTX 1050 3 GB Max-Q], and this bug happened:
1) 2023-07-27, when ubuntu automatic updater began to update proprietary nvidia driver and fail it (a driver for nvidia stil not installed)
2) when I use Nouveau display driver instead of proprietary driver.
The bug is not happens when the proprietary Nvdida driver is completely installed
