The ceph-common package include3s python2 bindings in the Rockyk UCA, and python3 after Rocky; however, the UCA ships python3 packages for all of the OpenStack services in Rocky

For the Rocky UCA, ceph-common still uses python2.
However there are Python3 packages available for use:
