When radosgw is deployed without the ceph package, it will not configure logrotate for the logs stored under /var/log/ceph/*.log
The configuration however can be found in the ceph package, which takes care of the radosgw process as well.
Please update the radosgw package to be shipped with the ./etc/logrotate.d/ceph file.
Reason: if radosgw is configured for debug logging and being heavily used, it can generate logs of ~10G/day. |
