Currently according to OpenStack CI group automated builds for python clients are being pushed in a supported fashion to pypi.

We should probably be bringing them in from there rather than tarballs.openstack.org.

Hi Matt

The Ubuntu server team are currently reviewing how source tarballs are pulled/generated as things have been changing across the board in Openstack upstream.

This will filter down into the next release of the cloud-archive (grizzly).
