Bug Description
Say I write a post but don't give it a title or categories (or say I just read in a non-rfc822 text file using the -f command-line option). clog will automatically post this, even though it's not complete. This also applies to posts that the user starts but then decides not to finish.
There are two ways we can solve this:
1. In cases where subjects and / or categories aren't supplied in the post, clog should ask for them before posting to the remote server (see the way mutt asks for email addresses and subjects, albeit before creating a message body, for an example of what I have in mind).
2. clog could ask whether the author wants to submit a given post after the post is written (i.e. after $EDITOR returns). This could default to Yes, but it still requires that extra confirmation step. There would be a -y switch which would override this behaviour.
