Bug Description
At present, clog uses command-line options to set the connection parameters. This is unwieldy and not terribly useable. Ideally, clog would use a configuration file, possibly located somewhere like ~/.clog/clog.conf, which would contain the connection parameters for clog sessions.

Configuration files are used for any XMLRPCActions as of r26 in trunk. A global config isn't working yet.
