Temp directory running out of space

Bug Description
On Windows temporary files are saved on %temp% folder and then merged (audio,video) to a single container that is saved where you specified.
Upon running out of space on C drive where user temporary folder resides (%temp%) the download status is updated to finished but when you look there is no file. No error is displayed to say you do not have enough space.
It would be great if you can specify the path to temporary directory (custom).
