New patient reports are copied to previous patients reports

I registered three patients. I wrote each a test record. The record of the patient 1 stays with the first patient. The record of the patient 2 stays with patient 2, but is also added to the record of patient 1. The record of patient 3 stays with patient 3, but also shows up for patients 1 and 2 (now patient 1, for wich I wrote only 1 record page, has 3: its own record page, and the ones from patient 2 and 3. Patient 2 hast records 2 and 3.) This keeps going on even uninstalingand reinstlling the program.

This essentially makes the record UNUSUABLE.
