Bug Description
Climate Client should show a more self explanatory message when the user passes an unsupported version as a parameter.
$ climate --debug --os-reservatio
No handlers could be found for logger "climateclient.

Blazar team migrated the namespace climate to blazar in CLI and has changed a lot. If there is same problem in CLI, please re-report the problem.
