Either this bug needs to be reopened or a new bug reported. Not exactly the same issue, but very similar. When adding the command example: "sudo chown NAME:NAME ~/.ICEauthority", the command is broken into... Command: "sudo chown NAME" and User Input: "NAME `/.ICEauthority". (It appears that clicompanion may not always split the command immediately, but it will if the application is restarted.) I'm unsure of the version that I'm using (about is still not working), but I am using your PPA so it should be up to date. (I'm using Kubuntu 10.04 - 64-bit)
