Bug Description

When trying to transfer an incoming call, answered or not, Click2dial sends "Channel: undefined"
When trying to transfer an outgoing, answered call, Click2dial sends "Channel: null"
Naturally, asterisk complains and does not transfer

This is a capture using ngrep
10.0.0.81 is PC
10.0.0.180 is Asterisk
