Bug Description

I had Sleepy Time 0.2 installed and then uploaded 0.4 which was published. The new version does not appear in the Update Manager.

I can't seem to be able to reproduce it, i just installed the latest image with:
phablet-flash ubuntu-system --channel devel-proposed

I installed manually a fake program that presents itself as "Sleepy Time 0.2", and when I open the Update Manager i can see and update Sleepy Time to 0.4.

You can check which version of the image you are using with:
sudo system-image-cli -i

(This is my output:)
current build number: 80
device name: grouper
channel: devel-proposed
last update: 2013-10-04 11:50:41
version version: 80
version ubuntu: 20131003.2
version device: 20131003.2

On my previous test I could only see one of the apps I was testing for update. Now I can see the two of them. It seems fixed for me. Marking as incomplete, in case Jono is still having the problem.
