Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new click app at /dev/click-apps/ and work through the wizard until the uploading your app step
2) Switch to the command-line and upload the package for your app
Expected result:
I'm not 100% sure - we need to indicate on this page that there is an upload now, and allow the user to continue. Easiest short-term might be simply replace the "&cap=upload" in the URL to "&cap=" which switches the actions from "[Next: Preview and submit]] or [Previous: Licensing and supporting your app]]" to "[Save changes] or [cancel]" (and we could do s/cancel/continue for click apps there). Longer term, we could have the page update itself after detecting the upload.
Actual result:
You can't continue the wizard - the version field is required, and entering the correct version results in "this upload already exists". Reloading the page displays the correct version number, but you still can't move from the page without updating the URL manually.
