Bug Description

I just approved the "小海嚴選" app. click-reviewers-tools warned that the description was too short. (7 ASCII chars package name, 4 chinese characters for the description).

This is presumably check_description() from cr_lint.py. All it is doing is seeing if the description is as long as the last component of the click package name. What would be an acceptable change? Verify it is non-zero? Greater than 1?

Maybe the check makes sense as it is and judges should just see if the translation makes sense (through Google Translate or something) and move forward using best judgement.
