Bug Description

the top panel icon is missing although it is installed and shown in Dash but does not load. I have reinstalled it, finally via terminal and all dependencies are met, synaptic shows everything normal but still it doesn't load! It is working OK in Ubuntu 16.04 64bit.
The version installed in Ubuntu12.04 32bit is the latest shown it is v 0.11

I bet this affects more than two people!! Could it be related to Ubuntu no longer supporting
12.04 LTS?
OK I'm tending to use 16.04 more but still find 12.04 useful, especially for any videos. The Dash is fine as long as you can remember the name of a rarely used program, scrolling all apps in the Indicator is easier than searching through the Ubuntu software.
