Bug Description
There are multiple icons/entries for the same applications; for example, Krita is listed 15 times in the Graphics tab. Many other programs show up this way as well. It would be nice to clean it up.

Under Accessories >> Backup is listed twice, so is Files
Many other programs show up this way as well. It would be nice to clean it up.
