Bug Description
There is a need for better management of the queue and how question are offered to the instructor/session helper.
Things needed:
The ability to skip around with questions in the queue (not have to answer the first question first, or completely ignore the question)

My personal preference would be to extend the interface as follows:
Current interface:
"!q" shows current oldest question on PM
"!n" discards current oldest question
"!y" posts current oldest question to -classroom
Desired interface:
"!h" provides usage information
"!q" shows all questins in the question queue
"!q n" shows question number n in the question queue
"!p" posts current oldest question to -classroom
"!p n" posts question number n to -classroom
"!d" provides usage information
"!d n" deletes question number n from the question queue
