Citrus 3.0: Unregistered field when there are an accentuated word

Hi, when we try to save information with accented word, it saved but all the field with it disappear.

Ex. Organization setting:

Billed By: Synertic inc.
Street: 1071 rue Saint-André
State: Québec
ZIP: J0H 1A0
Country: Canada

save result:
Billed By: Synertic inc.
Street:
State:
ZIP: J0H 1A0
Country: Canada

Same thing in Edit Billing Types

Method: prepay
